9 - 11 - 2001, A Day Which Will Live In Infamy

When this newspaper was first printed the full extent of the damage and the loss of lives was not yet known.
Four years ago today, the United States of America was suddenly and deliberately attacked by militant Islamic terrorists who hijacked two commercial flights and crashed them into each tower of the World Trade Center in NYC shortly before 9:00 AM at the start of a workday, causing both towers to collapse and kill a total of 2,595 unsuspecting people plus 157 passengers onboard the two aircraft.

Please observe with us FIVE MINUTES OF SILENCE in Memory of all those who perished, and in Honor of those who gave their lives so that others may live.

There were four (4)planes hijacked. But, OK, only two hit the WTC.

Five minutes of silence is not too much to ask. Good point. Thanks for that.
